Seventh-day Adventist Education believes in nurturing the whole child—mind, spirit, and body. With rising obesity rates in Thailand and around the world, young people are spending more time behind screens and less time moving outdoors. Developing physical health early in life is essential for mental and academic success.

To put this into practice, our school administration is challenging students and teachers to prioritize fitness by dedicating more after-school time to active outdoor programs! We pray this initiative inspires our entire KAIS family toward healthier living.
